Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Atoz purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for atozdisplay.com purchases. Products must be returned in new. Atoz monitors return activity by customers for abuse, and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that Atoz Display will no longer accept any returns from that customer, with or without a receipt.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Atoz’s discretion.

 

Atozdisplay.com Purchases

New purchases can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) to our location or by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below). We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

When you return your new atozdisplay.com purchase by mail and we receive it within 30 days of purchase:

♦ If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.
♦ If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.

Items shipped to Atoz outside of the returns window, not in new condition, without a Atoz original packing slip, or not purchased at atozdisplay.com , may not be credited back or returned to you. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.

Atozdisplay.com is unable to offer exchanges by mail; You can re-purchase again after return.

Atozdisplay.com Return Procedures

Here are easy way to return your item:

 Atozdisplay.com Returns by Mail

♦ Include the original Atozdisplay packing slip with your items.
♦ Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and Atoz packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Print the Prepaid Return Label and mail your return via Canada Postal Service (Canada Post).
♦ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

 

Returns must be sent within 30 days of purchase. Items shipped to Atoz outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Return shipments can be tracked and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
